Preheat oven to 375˚.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a cookie sheet, roast the cashews for about 10 minutes - turning occasionally to ensure even roasting. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, salt, brown sugar and cayenne to melted butter. When the cashews are roasted, pour into to a bowl and mix in the butter/spice mixture. Combine well. Nuts will be very hot so use caution!!
