Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I tried these in a local restaurant, and when asked if I wanted dessert, I told them I wanted more Sprouts! They were kind enough to bring me a bowl, along with the recipe!

Preheat oven to 425. Put the sprouts on a rimmed baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Shake to coat. Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roast in oven until the outer leaves are dark and crunchy (so sweet!). About 7-10 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally to roast evenly. Serve immediately!
