Preheat oven to 425. Put the sprouts on a rimmed baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Shake to coat. Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roast in oven until the outer leaves are dark and crunchy (so sweet!). About 7-10 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally to roast evenly. Serve immediately!
>I have a friend I’ve known for 40 years and he wouldn't touch brussels sprouts…called them “Alien Eggs”…(you know who you are!!). He actually ate these!! Don’t know who was more surprised!!
