Cut the zucchini, peppers in red, yellow and orange julienne style and set aside. Prepare the dressing by combing lemon juice, olive oil, wine vinegar, anchovy paste, dill, salt, oregano and pepper into a container and set aside. 15 minutes before serving toss the zucchini and peppers with the dressing and serve.
