Elephant Soup

Good for large “Grey Cup” parties!!

How to:

Cut elephant into bite sized pieces. (This will take 2 months). Chop vegetables (another 2 months). Saute elephant in peanut oil until browned on all sides. (You don’t have to use peanut oil, but I think the elephant would prefer it.) Cover with water and add seasonings. Simmer for 4 weeks. When meat is tender, add in the vegetables. Simmer for another 4 weeks. Garnish with parsley.

If unexpected guests arrive, add the two rabbits. This is optional and only as a last resorts….most people frown on finding hares in their soup!!
