In a large mixing bowl, combine all above ingredients and mix well. Pat mixture into a greased 9” pie plate. Pinch 1” fluting around the edges. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine Minute Rice, tomato sauce, salt, water and 1/4 C of cheese. Spoon the rice mixture into the pie crust. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Return to oven and bake uncovered 10-15 minutes more. Cut into pie shaped pieces.
